What Is Included in a DOT Physical?
Your DOT examination will begin with a member of our team assessing your medical history and medications. Once this is done, we will perform a series of tests for various areas, such as:
- Blood pressure
- Heart health
- Neurological health
It is required by the DOT that you inform our team if you have received any new diagnoses or developed any new health conditions. Once you have passed your exam, you will receive a certificate that is valid for up to two years. However, if you do not pass, you may still apply for medical exemption.
