Q Factor services
Corporate Wellness on site.
We bring the unit to your team. Two plans, one visit, every employee gets time with a doctor.

Quick answer
What is a corporate wellness visit?
The unit parks at your location for a scheduled window. Employees rotate through in 15 to 20 minute slots. Each receives an evaluation and a chiropractic adjustment; the Recovery plan adds chair massage, electrical massage, and compression boots. Visits are monthly or quarterly.
Two plans
20 employee minimum. $100 destination fee. Monthly or quarterly visits.

How a visit works.
Most employers book the first visit as a trial and move to a schedule after. Setup takes one call.
Before the visit
We confirm headcount, a parking spot with room for the unit door, and a shared booking link so employees pick their own slots.
On the day
The unit arrives 30 minutes early. A provider runs the schedule while a coordinator keeps the line moving. Employees are back at their desk or bay in about 20 minutes.
After the visit
Your office receives a same day summary of attendance. Employees who need follow up care are told how to request it directly; no medical details are shared with the employer.
