Quick answer
What is a mobile injury visit at Q Factor?
A mobile injury visit brings a licensed chiropractic provider and the equipment of a clinic to your address. After a history and examination, the provider may take digital x rays on site, perform adjustments where appropriate, and coordinate referrals to other medical providers when the evaluation calls for it.
Provider directed care
A clinic on wheels. Same standards.
Each unit carries a digital x ray system, an adjustment table, and rehabilitation equipment. The provider decides what is appropriate for you after the examination, exactly as they would in the office.
Mobile injury care in Texas
Care that meets you where you are.
Mobile care is the starting point for many Q Factor patients. It is considered after a phone intake and may lead into in office care, telehealth rehabilitation, or referral to other qualified medical providers when medically necessary.
Why an evaluation comes first
Neck, back, shoulder, and joint pain can have different causes after a collision. The provider reviews symptoms, function, and examination findings before any hands on care.
How mobile fits the plan
A mobile visit is a way to be evaluated and treated, not a different kind of medicine. Follow up may continue at your door, in office, or by video depending on what you need.
Where care is available
Dallas and Fort Worth same day, Houston, Midland and Odessa, and anywhere in Texas by appointment. Contact intake to confirm availability for your address.
During the visit
Focused care. At your door.
The provider arrives in the unit, completes intake and examination, and treats on site. Most first visits run 45 to 60 minutes. You do not need to prepare anything beyond a place for the unit to park.

Equipment profile
What the unit carries.
Digital x ray system, adjustment table, ice and heat, and portable rehabilitation equipment. Manufacturer and model details for the imaging system to be supplied by Q Factor.
Mobile care is not appropriate for every patient or injury. Candidacy, imaging, and treatment are determined by the provider after examination. Individual results vary.
Patient questions
Mobile injury care FAQs.
Clear answers about who comes, what happens, and how mobile visits fit into personal injury care.
Need to know whether mobile care is available at your address?
Request an evaluation →Who comes to my home?
A licensed chiropractic provider. Every visit is performed by a licensed provider, never an assistant working alone.
Can x rays really be taken at my house?
Yes. Each unit carries a digital x ray system. Images are reviewed with you during the visit. If further imaging is medically necessary, the treating provider may recommend it.
Do I need an attorney first?
No. You can request care directly. If you have an attorney, we coordinate records and documentation with their office.
What if I need more than chiropractic care?
Based on medical necessity and each patient's individual needs, additional evaluation or treatment may be recommended through qualified medical specialists, including Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurology, Mental Health Counseling, and other healthcare specialties as appropriate.
Is a mobile visit different from an office visit?
The examination and standards are the same. Some treatments, such as decompression and dry needling, are office only, and the provider will tell you if your plan needs them.
